To qualify, all immediate and shared household members with hair must receive a Head Check from LuLu's at the time of the initial appointment, and any household member found to have head lice must receive a Professional Full Removal from LuLu's. For children who divide their time between households, members of both households with hair must be checked and cleared for the guarantee to apply.
