45-Day Lice Free Guarantee

Choose our Full Removal with the 45-Day Lice Free Guarantee for added reassurance after your visit.

  • To qualify for the 45-Day Lice Free Guarantee, all immediate and shared household members with hair must receive a Head Check from LuLu's at the time of the initial appointment. Any household member found to have head lice must receive a Professional Full Removal from LuLu's.
  • For children who divide their time between households, members of both households with hair must be checked and cleared for the guarantee to apply.

The 45-Day Lice Free Guarantee applies only to the $139 Full Removal + 45-Day Lice Free Guarantee option.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Please arrive with hair clean, completely dry and thoroughly detangled. Hair should also be free of heavy styling products.

Preparing the hair before your appointment allows us to begin the Head Check or removal promptly and focus our time on the service your family needs.

If extensive detangling is required before the service can begin, an additional hair preparation fee will apply.

For your convenience, LuLu's accepts cash, major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

After Your Removal

Simple Home Care. No Need to Turn the House Upside Down.

  • Follow the Post Removal Prevention Plan provided by LuLu's.
  • Focus on items that have had recent direct contact with the hair or head.
  • Clean combs, brushes and frequently used hair accessories appropriately.
  • Wash recently used pillowcases and appropriate washable items.
  • Vacuum areas where the head has had frequent direct contact, when appropriate.
  • Continue routine head checks as recommended in your prevention plan.
